How to Set Up Publish from GitHub

The publish from GitHub feature allows you to publish markdown files from GitHub directly to your blog. Here’s how to set up the feature:

1. From the GitHub tab on your dashboard, click on the "Connect now" button.

2. On the next page, click on the "Install" button as shown below:

3. You'll be prompted to select the GitHub account or organization you'd like to install the Hashnode App.

4. Select the repository you'd like to use as your source of publishing articles. Click on the "Install & Authorize" button when you're done.

5. You'll be redirected to Hashnode page to proceed and complete the installation as shown below.

6. After a successful installation, you'll be redirected to your GitHub Integration dashboard, where you can see the repository source of your articles.

Please note that renaming the repository name will result into failing backup.
